Polyurethane Foam Slab Lifting

What is Polyurethane Foam Slab Lifting and Void Fill?

Smaller hole size, lighter material weight, fewer injection holes, and quick curing time make it the choice above the rest!

Ener-Spray System's high density polyurethane injection is used for concrete lifting, stabilization and void filling applications. Preferred by many contractors, the Ener-Spray method offers the same results as traditional concrete raising, stabilization, and void filling, but with new and improved characteristics. This method is still cost-effective compared to replacing the concrete. This high density polyurethane foam has a quick cure time, is hydrophobic, moisture barrier, lightweight and only has a 5/8" injection hole.

Warranty: Offering a 10 year warranty on all work done. Our 10 year warranty is double the traditional mud-jacking warranty. Most mud jacking companies will only provide a warranty for 5 years or less.

Cost Effective: Ener-Spray's high density slab lifting foam will be substantially less than replacing your concrete.

Quick Cure Time: Our foam typically cures in 15 minutes after injection allowing these areas available in minutes not days. This system can be a huge benefit to those who require shorter down time to the affected areas.

Hydrophobic: Ener-Spray high density slab lifting foam can be used in wet application. The same chemical reaction will happen in or out of water.

Moisture Barrier: The high density foam that Ener-Spray uses is resistant to water penetration.

Injection Holes: With only a 5/8" hole this is significantly smaller than traditional mud-jacking which uses 1 5/8" holes. Ener-Spray's slab lifting and void fill system uses significatly less holes than traditional methods.

Special formulated high-density polyurethane foam designed to be injected to lift concrete slabs, roadways, bridge approaches, sidewalks, driveways and void fill. Polyurethane has become a popular repair method because the material is so lightweight it will not further burden the already weak soil. Polyurethane concrete raising drills a nearly invisible 5/8 hole compared to larger mud-jacking holes. This system also calls for considerably fewer holes than traditional mud-jacking.
