Energy Efficient:  TTR provides year round energy savings because it is the most efficient roofing system. Our system uses polyurethane spray foam that has been used in the construction industry for over 50 years. One of the highest R-value of any insulation used in the industry with 7.1 per inch. The spray foam can reduce 70% of heat loss with only one inch of foam and 90% with two inches. With three inches of foam 98% of heat loss is stopped.

Structurally Efficient:  Use of an EPDM membrane on top of the high-density spray foam to block the UV rays adds another layer of protection from the elements. If something was to puncture the rugged membrane there will be no leaks because of the seamless blanket of waterproof spray foam. The EPDM membrane is attached to the foam with a two-part polyurethane adhesive.
