Working closely with architects and engineers Ener-Spray has changed many specifications to spray foam insulation. As pioneers in the spray foam industry it was natural progression to get into fireproofing and firestopping. Because of our extensive background in the construction industry Ener-Spray has the qualifications and experience to recommend which product works best for different applications, specifications and budgets. Our experience guarantees a job done right.

Ener-Spray has a quality control program second to none. A side from having third party and manufactures warranties, we have our own quality control program. Every job is inspected for quality installation and workmanship and is then logged and archived as part of our warranty.
We have the best applicators in the industry. Our applicators not only have gone through manufactures training and industry training, but have gone through a in house training program logging over 2000 hrs of practical field experience.
All employees at Ener-Spray Systems Inc. adhere to a strict safety protocol program and are CSTS and WHMIS trained. Site supervisors are trained in first aid and continually reinforce the importance of a safe work practices. Our trucks are equipped with first aid kits, eye wash stations, fire extinguishers and all applicable MSDS reports.

2lb Spray Foam Insulation
2lb Medium density spray foam is a versatile spray applied insulation, air and vapour barrier. 2lb can be used in interior, exterior and below grade applications. Some examples are exterior envelope insulation jobs, interior insulation between stud walls, airseals, underground pipes and exterior foundation insulation. 2lb does not require an additional vapour barrier when applied at the specified minimum depth. Ener-Spray Systems Inc. has a fleet of 9 foam trucks and 1 mobile unit to service any size project. LEED credits are awarded for using this product.

1/2lb Spray Foam Insulation
1/2lb light density spray foam provides insulation and airseal. It has excellent acoustical qualities and provides excellent noise reduction and sound absorption. 1/2lb spray foam is designed for cavity fill. Some typical commercial applications are: between stud cavities for insulation and soundproofing and between floors for sound proofing. LEED credits are awarded for using this product.

Cementitious Fireproofing
Ener-Spray Systems Inc. applies ULC listed Monokote MK-6, a gypsum based cementitious spray applied fire resistive material for structural steel framed buildings. This is the industries premium product when quality, performance and durability are essential. Typical sprayed areas are steel beams, joists, columns and deck. Different designs and thicknesses allow for 45min to 3hr fire ratings. LEED credits are awarded for using this product.

Mineral Wool Fireproofing
HIBAR is a ULC listed, spray applied mineral fiber insulation, for fire rating structural steel. HIBAR also has thermal and acoustical properties. It can be spray applied over rigid structural substrates, and exterior or partition walls. It provides acoustical treatment for ceilings and walls in noisy production areas or large rooms. LEED credits are awarded for using this product.

Thermal Barriers
Ener-Spray Systems Inc. applies both cementitious and fibrous type spray applied thermal barriers over spray foam insulation. These products are ULC approved for application over foam. Some typical applications are parkade ceilings that have been insulated with polyurethane foam and insulation inside of bulkheads or plenums that need to be fire rated. LEED credits are awarded for using this product.

Intumescent Fireproofing
Ener-Spray Systems Inc. applies the intumescent product line for Carboline. Intumescent is designed to fireproof interior and exterior steelwork for up to a 2hour fire rating, depending on the design. The recommended use for this product is fireproofing steel beams, columns, tubes and pipes.

Firestopping
Ener-Spray Systems Inc. is a licensed applicator for several firestopping products such as AD Fireprotection, Tremco, 3M and Hilti. We have experienced personnel that can provide all firestopping requirements for any size of project. Typical applications for firestopping are penetrations through fire walls, roof/ wall junctions, penetrations through floors and concrete slab perimeters.

Acoustical / Thermal Spray
K-13 and Sonaspray FC are spray applied products tailored to your specific project requirements for insulation, noise reduction, color, durability, condesation control, texture and aesthetics. In addition, it usually provides these features at lower installed prices than many common systems such as rigid board, acoustic panels, sprayed plaster and acoustical ceilings.

Polyurethane Slab Lifting and Void Fill
A special formulated high density polyurethane foam designed to be injected to lift concrete slabs, roadways, bridge approaches, sidewalks, driveways and void fill. This foam has a quick cure time, is hydrophobic, moisture barrier, lightweight and only required 5/8” injection holes. It is fast curing and the slab can be used almost immediately. It has a very high compressive strength and does not add significant weight to a structure.

Polyurethane Roofing Sytems
A spray applied 3lb density polyurethane foam is applied above the roof decking. Once the foam is applied a waterproof membrane is applied over the foam. The two largest benefits to this system is waterproofing/ leak prevention and superior insulation value. Many additional benefits exist such as high compressive strength, light weight, self flashing and durable and long lasting.
